Everything. Staff were fantastic. Couldn’t do enough for us. Smiling and happy and they all seemed to enjoy working there. The location was excellent. Breakfast fab and we had a lovely lunch there too. The rooms are 5 star. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Elemis products in bathroom. Luxurious towels, dressing gown and sheets. They even had ear plugs should the seagulls get too noisy. Everything catered for. Fowey is a beautiful location too.

I'd reserve dinner next time as the restaurant was fully booked until too late for us to eat, shame. Breakfast was amazing. The situation of the inn is superb, I didn't expect the view and it really made the stay something special. Very friendly staff.

Comfortable room and cleanliness. Facilities excellent. Breakfast was superb. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar facilities were excellent. Car parking was very good and on the premises. Will use Best Western again.

Loved the cosy look and feel. Our room looked out over an old stone church. Staff were warm and welcoming. The food was good and hearty and the beer tasty and hand pulled.
