Dinner was like from a picture book! I find it really tacky when people take smartphone pictures of their dinner in a restaurant but I made sure no one was looking at me when I did just that because my dinner looked just superb and tasted equally great. Service was also perfect. This is a hotel I would highly recommend!!

the staff were absolutely amazing very friendly and polite, room was immaculate and so gorgeous, food was lush. genuinely couldn’t of asked for anything better. 100% recommend and I will definitely be back to stay again.

Troy House is lovely and clean. We sat outside on a lovely evening in the court yard. We had a really nice room, with everything we needed and more. Breakfast was excellent! We can highly recommend Troy House.

We stayed only 1 night to break up our trip from Cornwall to York, this place had everything you could need and more. You drive up to the door, no stairs to drag luggage up, cooking facilities and fridge, comfy bed, very clean, wonderful staff who were very quick to respond to any questions and amazing breakfast. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and wish we had time to stay longer.
