Exceptional stay, felt like home! I had a fantastic time here! The location is ideal, right on the main street, yet very peaceful and quiet. Lesley and her husband were incredibly kind and attentive hosts. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Her husband, who is also the chef at the restaurant, prepared absolutely delicious meals. As a dog lover, I especially enjoyed spending time with Myrrin, their sweet 10-month-old puppy. They even let me take her for walks, which made my stay even more memorable. Everything was perfect, and I truly felt at home. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and relaxing getaway. Thank you again for everything!😊

Deon and Laura were great hosts; Deon showed us around, even offered to help bring our bags up: a first, thank you. The room was a good size, had everything including a fridge! Lovely bathroom. Nice view out the back. Breakfast was terrific, and we had a great view from our table across the town. Lots of information about what to do (good walks from the house) and where to eat. Good location, could walk to eateries. Wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you.

The staff were amazing. All courteous and polite. Dinner was lovely. We were leaving Scotland the next day so I ordered my last haggis, neeps and tatties. I was not disappointed. The room was large and airy.

It was the most beautiful self-catering cottage we’ve had in Scotland so far. Small, but lovely, tasteful interior, comfy beds, huge fluffy towels, nice views, quiet, a parking space just in front of the wee terrace. Everything was hassle free, and even our dog enjoyed our stay a lot. We sure will come back and recommend it to our friends.
