The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.
