The staff, the location, the atmosphere, the food. It is all fantastic. The staff is fantastic and very professional and nothing is to much to ask. You really feel they are a good team and obviously get along well and know how to work together. The food is really good and great service. Compliments to the chef! The location is so good. Great to go and explore the city. Rooms are well appointed, clean and everything is there. Also lovely to go down in the evening for a drink and if you are tired you take your drink upstairs. Felt so welcome, safe and comfortable. Will stay again without any hesitation when I visit Aberdeen next time.

The hotel looks exceptional, like a small castle. Very welcoming and nice staff. The room is superb, large, and spacious with many facilities. We had two heaters in the room, but they didn't quite cope with the full size of the room, but even so it wasn't extremely cold. We stayed one night and the price is very good for what the accommodation offers. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
