The treatment for pets is nothing short of amazing, and that alone makes them deserving of 5 stars. However, during check-in yesterday around 19:45, the man at the desk was not appealing at all. He wore a very fake smile and showed no patience. In contrast, the man who assisted us during checkout was super friendly, helpful, and nice. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Hotel Sauce is located in the historic centre of Zaragoza, just 50 metres from the iconic El Pilar Basilica.

Super friendly hotel ina very good location. Nice and chique. The lovely cafe dowstairs is also faboulous. The staff was really friendly and their english was properly spoken.

The positioning of the hotel was superb. I was running in the marathon, it was close to the start and the staff at the front desk were very kind to offer late checkout, meaning I could take a shower after the race. The room for the two of us and our 8 year old daughter was excellent and great value

Miguel at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He recommended places to visit near Valencia and even went to our room to try to make the WIFI work.

The location was fantastic! Our room had a view of the majestic Cathedral. It was in the centre of the old town and so close to many wonderful pubs, restaurants, sights and shops.

The great customer service from the moment you check-in, to the breakfast attendant, to the moment you check out. Everybody was so nice! We stayed in the family room, my kids were welcomed with complimentary snacks and treats, very nice! Good breakfast, excellent attention! The hotel has a parking basement, but there is enough parking space outside too.

The hotel has absolutely everything you could need. It's super central and easy to navigate. Check in and check out was seemless. The room was spotless. We informed the staff it was our 5 year anniversary and they dropped up a complimentary bottle of cava and some treats to our room! An amazing stay I would 100% recommend to anyone traveling to Zaragoza
