Gorgeous location, right on the beach! The property itself was gorgeous too, loved our little room, was perfect for what we needed - seemed essentially brand new! Property is right next to the tram line and about 1 minute walk to the nearest stop which takes you straight into the city centre. The staff were so lovely and helpful, truly beautiful people. We can’t wait to come back here soon.

It was my summer dream vacation ever! The place was so beautiful, excellent hotel and people always willing to help! I was traveling alone and I really enjoyed my stay at Occidental Pueblo Acantilado! Thank you very much!! 👍 Will visit you again for sure! Oh, and also there are not only shampoo and conditioner in a bathroom, but also shower gel and body lotion!! That was so cute you guys care about these little things that make stay better!

We stayed there in November only for one night, but it was nice experience. I am able to review only the room, the breakfast and service. The room - we had a premium double room - extremaly clean, comfortable bed, perfect bathroom. The breakfast was ok. Not amazing, but kept the standards. Maybe the staff should quicker collect the dishes after finished breakfast by guests, otherway the seagulls and pigeons take the food from the plates. The overall service was amazing. We stayed there with a small dog and they give us a nice gift for the dog. Of course there is an extra charge for the dog but still, it was unexpectable.

Exceptionally warm welcome, and such a lovely place! Everything here is really made with love. High standards in food, drink, and all things of comfort. The breakfast is probably the best I've had anywhere, in big chains or boutique hotels and B&B's. And it was brought to our room door. The attention to detail in this place is something I've not come across before. I could go on but really you have to see for yourself. Skip the boring seaside hotels and come see the mountains!

The staff were so friendly and helpful all the time madd our stay super easy. Only downfall is to use the indoor pool you have to pay. It would be great if that was included
