Located right in the delta, perfect for exploring the area, birdwatching, photography, cycling. Supermarkets only 5 mins away by car. Plenty of (free) parking at the hotel

Small, privately run hotel with restaurant in the midst of rice fields, no near neighbors. Hence the restaurant is specialized in rice dishes. We had a spacious room overlooking the rice fields. As it was January we needed the heating mode of the airconditioning, which was more than adequate. Recommended.

Marcel on the front desk was an exceptional host. He did everything to make our stay comfortable and give us great ideas for us to explore the area and places to eat. The breakfast is superb and very individual and served with a smile. The staff work hard to make the place amazing and we will be coming back again in April.

Location is great. Easy access from the motorway for a 1 night stop and close to restaurants etc.

Enjoy a historic setting and magnificent views from this 10th-century castle, carefully restored as a luxury hotel but still retaining much of its original charm.

The bedroom and balcony were beautifully designed and felt such a sanctuary. I could have stayed for weeks writing and drawing. Loved the pool too and the stunning tiled staircase.
