We had a fantastic stay! The house itself is stunning and there is love in every detail of decoration. So much that I'm taking a lot of inspiration for myself from this place. All the staff is warm-hearted, superfriendly and very considerate. For example, of which I could name many more: We said that we do not like sweet food in the morning too much and were surprised with a rich, salty breakfast the next day. (And as I've read some other comments: No, the breakfast is not overpriced - nor is anything else!) And then comes the food, which shouldn't be last-named but there is no way to rank food, staff and house as it is all excellent. So: The food was a treat we were looking forward to each day. Outstanding, haute cuisine-like, for a very fair price. We spent 18 days in Northern Spain and never before or after were we served such delicious food. All in all, I recommend Rectoral Anllo for 100÷.Thank you, Nacho and your team, for your great hospitality! We are hoping to come back!

Everything!! The welcome, the kindness and helpfulness of both ladies😍, the beautiful room, the special decor in the cafe - everything. Perfect spot to stay to enjoy the sights and food in Monforte. Monforte also has an amazing Pilgrim Info Centre if you're walking the Invierno, not to be missed!
