I had the pleasure of staying at Rixos Premium Seagate with my family for 7 days, and without exaggeration, it was one of the most amazing and memorable experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and the hospitality was outstanding. I would like to give special thanks and deep appreciation to Mr. Ahmed Afifi from Guest Relations, who truly made our stay exceptional. His personal attention, care, and professionalism went above and beyond. He ensured that every detail was taken care of and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Everything about the hotel was excellent: • The food was delicious and varied • The cleanliness was top-notch • The activities for both kids and adults were fantastic • The overall atmosphere was luxurious and relaxing Huge thanks to the entire staff, especially Mr. Ahmed Afifi, for making our stay so special. From the breathtaking views and comfortable rooms to the top notch service (Ahmed, Abdelhalem), every aspect of this resort exceeded my expectations. I also want to give a shout out to A. Keshar for his excellent golf cart driving skills :) But what really made our stay extraordinary was the AMAZING animation team (Asya, Alsu, Sofia, Sasha)! Their energy, passion and enthusiasm created an incredible atmosphere at the resort, making every day filled with fun, laughter and unforgettable memories.

All the facilities are very well keeped. There was a part that was on renovation with no impact on the guests. The best part it was the staff of the Sentido Beach. Ahmed from Sentido Beach Bar was absolutelly great. He do more than his responsabilities of the bar. He wants that every guest are happy and enjoy the hotel. He manage to anticipate our needs and sometimes, he bring us water even we didn't request... Also, from Sentido Beach Mohamed, life guard was great. Always helpeing and seen if we are enjoying the place. For sure, the 2 best employes from Sentido Oásis Resort!
