Our stay at Rixos Ultra Seagate was absolutely amazing and truly out of this world! From the moment we arrived, every detail was meticulously taken care of, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. A special mention to Valeria, our guest relations manager, who went above and beyond to attend to all our requests and needs with such warmth and professionalism. Her exceptional service made our experience even more memorable. The food at all the restaurants was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also loved the convenience of the shuttle service between the Rixos resorts, which allowed us to explore different restaurants and enjoy even more culinary delights. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always going the extra mile to make sure we felt welcome and cared for. Their dedication and attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. The vibrant market on certain days and the nightly entertainment added a lively and unique touch to our experience, keeping us engaged and entertained throughout. Reading reviews here made me feel I visited a different hotel as my stay in Xperience Sea Breeze was outstanding if not perfect...And I travel…. a lot. The business card of any hotel for me is the reception: well at this reception I encountered the most professional and kind manager ever, Magdy. Everybody finds different things important in a hotel, for me all needs were met, what does make my stay smooth and unforgettable, and even beyond: -deluxe sea view room well worth it: slippers, dressing gown. soft minibar, other romantic amenities and a fantastic, unobscured sea view -food was one of the best have ever had in any hotel so far: always 2 types of soups, which are very tasty, seafood I found 2 or 3 times a week even if on paper only one evening is seafood night: crabs, shrimps, 3 or more types of fish grilled or fried, fillet or in whole. - staff: again I can say the best staff I have ever met. Not only highly professional attitude almost everywhere but their warmth, care and kindness is truly unmet before. I never name staff in a review but I need to do this time: Magdy from reception, the fantastic energy main restaurant manager, who is always there for everyone and his energy is just one to admire, then my cleaning assistant Abdullah, who is very helpful as well, all staff from main restaurant and pool restaurant, and Youssef at beach bar, who is the kindest and most hard working barman I have ever seen….And trust me I do not use these words lightly…. -let praise especially one of the drivers who transport tourists on the hotel territory: do not know his name but he is a smiling black-haired man with a moustache. I do not know who is the owner of this hotel but must be a fantastic person or group as you can feel in the entire territory of the hotel that you are well looked after by some of the most special employees I encountered travelling the word. Shukran! 😊

HOTEL: The hotel is very beautiful. It offers different "areas" from quite to party ones. In some areas there are activities (e.g. games, yoga) and music, in other ones it is calm for chilling. BEACH: The beach is sandy. There is the reaf, that is why in the first 30 meters it is not deep enough to swim - in these area you can snorkel and see a lot of colourful fish. After the 30 meters there comes the deep water, where you can sknorkel and dive - you come here via a "bridge". The underwater world was very impressive! We were in December, as it was off-season there were not many people and there it felt like a private beach. The water was fresh, but still possible to go inside. ROOM: We had a very nice big room with sea view. The hotel itsself was quite, but the nearby hotel had music which could be heard a little - it was still possible to sleep good.
