The service is exceptional! I highly recommend the all inclusive packages. It's stress free and the food is delicious, plentiful and full of variety. Compliments to all the chefs. Great price/quality ratio, clearly exceeded my expectations. We've been to Rixos Premium Belek before and I can say that Sharm was in many ways better! Very nice location, extensive and well-groomed grounds, spacious room, delicious food, big variety of drinks. The best part was of course that it was adults only! So peaceful) I particularly loved the playlist during breakfast and the sitting area outside. Check-in was excellent, super welcoming and smooth, we were given exactly the room we wanted. Room make up service was very thorough and quick as well, thank you!

A wonderful hotel with a private beach and several pools. Plenty of sun loungers both on the beach and by the pools. A beautiful coral reef is a great spot for snorkeling. Absolute customer focus. Wonderful, friendly staff. This applies to reception, cleaning staff, and beach workers. A special thank you to MAGDY, who was very helpful with our accommodations. Thanks to him, our stay was as comfortable as possible. The rooms aren't new, but they're clean and comfortable. Everything worked, the air conditioning was excellent, the views from the window were beautiful, and the housekeeping service is professional. Since we had an early check-in, when all the restaurants were closed, they prepared sandwiches, fruit, and vegetables in our room. This was very nice. Bottled water is provided daily. The food is good – a huge selection and quality, although the seasonings and spices are often too overwhelming. Some days they serve seafood, There are snacks on the beach and at the reception bar. If you're late for breakfast or lunch, there are always options for a quick bite. The hotel grounds are very well maintained. It's located near the airport. There are many shops and several pharmacies nearby, offering a wide selection. A doctor is on duty at the hotel, which is very convenient. Free buses also run to the old town, the mall, and other places.

Above all, I’d like to point the staff who made up our stay lovely, entertaining. Special thanks to beautiful Olya gor her hospitality and Memo for his amazing energy from animation team. All the meals was great with tons of options. Open buffet is real huge and it is impossible that you cant find anything to eat. Rooms were clean, we have stayed in a premium suite which is large and have a great jacuzzi inside. Housekeeping workers was great and very good at hospitality. They always ask if we need anything. Animation team prepared great shows every night which kept us entertained. we did not even leave the hotel. also during the day there were games at the beach and pool area. yoga, coctail games, belly dances, volleyball and so on. Thank you all! This hotel will definetly be our choice next year!
