Nadri was fantastically kind, friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to accommodate us. I loved her. Hossam who cleaned our room was lovely as well. So friendly and kind. In fact, everybody was incredibly friendly. The view of the Nile from our 8th floor room was breathtaking. The breakfast buffet at Culina was one of the best I have ever eaten at a hotel (and we have eaten many). And we thought the food at Bab el-Sharq was delicious. All in all, wonderful service and a very happy stay.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was quiet, and the outdoor swimming pool was warm. Breakfast was delicious. I had planned to stay in JW Mariott, but a blessing disguised that I did not. It is a remarkable hotel.

WONDERFUL VIEW!!! Closer than we expected to the Pyramids. The Indian restaurant was superb. The pool area, very nice and great service all around. VIP lounge was a lovely touch too!
