everything was exceptional from the reception who offer me the room before the check-in time though I know the hotel was fully occupied, the fast response from housekeeping & their dedication specially Mr. Nooreldeen & Mr. Tariq who both were assigned in 3rd floor during my stay. overall safety in the hotel and it was not my first time & definitely not the last.

It was the best part of my travel to Egypt, the hotel was just better than my expectations even you finds it old but very classy and clean with high quality of furniture. The staff was more than friendly and they tried their best to make sure we are happy and comfortable. The receptionist lady (Sandy) was the right person to welcome the guest and make our staying unforgettable, she helped us without asking for extra charges. The restaurant was good and the food was delicious, the staff was happy to help and served well. Definitely I will come again.

This hotel is so beautiful. Our room was amazing and we were upgraded. Breakfast space and breakfast itself was great. The room service was great and food really good. The hotel staff were also great with organising our transfers to airport. We only stayed here for 1 night but next time I visit Cairo I would stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Nile Hotel in Cairo with our family (2 adults and 2 kids aged 11 and 13). The environment was elegant and relaxing, the rooms spotless, and the staff incredibly polite and attentive. The amenities were top-notch, catering perfectly to both adults and children. The location is ideal—central yet peaceful—with stunning views of the Nile. Everything was truly excellent. Highly recommended!
