The young lady at reception, so sorry I cannot remember her name, is extremely welcoming. What a smile! The hotel has a full spa with sauna and jacuzzi which two of our party enjoyed using. Breakfast was varied and very good, and is served in a very comfortable and spacious room on the ground floor. The rooms were very comfortable. Location is perfect for visiting the beautiful esplanade and parks.

Great location, very close to the shopping centres & bus stops. A short walk to the churches, monuments and famous castle. The hotel is newly renovated and the decor is very modern and eye catching. My room was very quiet with lots of sunshine through the huge window with a lovely street scape view, beautiful bed, treats on arrival plus a lovely handwritten note from the hotel. The in-house cafe is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very welcoming and hotel very nice and modern. All staff I met were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious, clean and left me a lovely personalised note on a card with a small gift which was really nice touch.
