Stayed with family of 12 people who spoke English and German. The staff had a table for all of us ready for breakfast every day so we could eat together. They are super friendly, efficient and accommodating. The spa is great and clean. Only thing missing as we went in summer is a pool.

Excellent hotel perfectly placed to discover the German and Austrian Alps. Quiet, comfy and the breakfast was superb. The host and his wife were lovely people and listening to the cows with their bells clanking in the morning and evening was a joy. I didn't eat in the restaurant as it it not open on Tuesday and Wednesday evening but there are lots of good places to east in walking distance. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will be back soon.

This is a gem of a place, with views over the lake to die for. The room and hotel is of an era, but everything is well maintained and it was clean. It was a real shame that I stayed during really awful weather - so the view I had from my balcony was non existent in the evening I arrived. Even in bad weather though, it’s still an incredible spot.

A 5-minute walk from Oberstdorf Train Station, this hotel offers spa facilities and fine cuisine. Each spacious room has a flat-screen TV and free internet access.

spotlessly clean, very helpful, friendly staff, rooms lovely with beautiful big bathrooms, location fantastic right in the centre of the town, breakfast excellent, loads of choice, very nicely presented and hygienic, restaurant lovely with beautiful choice.

This 4-star hotel is located in the heart of Oberstaufen with beautiful views of the mountainous region of Allgau.

We stayed for one night and wished we could stay longer. The sauna/pool facilities were great, beds extra comfortable and the bathroom very modern and well equipped. Our included breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend!
