Very clean, beautifully presented and well maintained. The staff were all fantastic and did their very best to accommodate my poor German vocabulary! The room was cleaned daily, mini bar restocked and towels changed as and when required. The pool was lovely but unfortunately the sauna was off when I went to try it. Location was off the Main Street but not by much, a 10 min walk from the train/bus station.

Administration personal spoke really good english, was polite. Breakfast was SUPER DUPER good. Even salmon was, and this is good indicator. Restaurant was GOOD.

The hotel’s location is fantastic – just a short walk to key attractions, shops, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Limited variety and not very memorable compared to similar hotels. Still, I’d recommend this hotel for anyone prioritizing location over extras.

Lovely outside area with beautiful flowers. Great room, very nice size with a fancy window shade to block out the morning sun. Very kind people and relaxed check in/out. Away from the crowds so it felt very peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

Me and my wife traveled with a baby boy 1 year and 10 months old , The hotel exceeded our expectation , For the first time I felt as I owe to them, Staff is very responsive and helpful , I would like specially to thank, Mr Bozilov and Svetlana from reception . We were with breakfast, lunch and dinner . Quality of food is excellent , very delicious , Service in restaurant exceeded my expectation . Location is very quiet , it makes stay relaxing And joyful . Outdoor and indoor space are enough to Serve all needs for all Ages ! We made friends with family from Dortmund , they told me , They like it so much , That they will make this hotel Their annual holiday . So summary we highly recommend this hotel !!! Great location, with a bus stop right across the street, making it easy to get to all the nature attractions, trails, cable cars, and train station. Close to many restaurants. Breakfast was amazing, with an endless number of options to eat and drink (including vegetable and lactose-free milk, and lactose-free yogurt). We could also bring our dog to the breakfast room, which was great. The service and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Great room (especially the bathroom, with an amazing shower), with a mini-fridge and a balcony with mountain view.
