The bed was amazing, big and super comfy, also the bathroom, elegant and with a very good shower. The position of the hotel is perfect. I traveled with my dog and they provide a big cushion for her, a steel bowl for the water and they also gave me a pack with dog treats

This is a delightful hotel, and I was disappointed that I could not stay longer! The location is within walking distance to the major sites, and it is also close to a trolley line. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast which was included was plentiful with a lot of variety. A parking garage was available. I will definitely stay here again as I plan to visit Augsburg again next year.

Very nice hotel in Old style :) there is parking in very good price :) extreemly close to city centre (Old Town). Will come back :D Need to remember, it is on centre of Old Town. It can be noisy :)

We booked on very short notice and the staff at the Hotel made our stay more than pleasant. staff were so welcoming and attentive. Self service breakfast was ideal and the coffee machine was excellent. Lovely bright and airy restaurant for dinner. Room was fabulous with great black out curtains and a super comfy bed.
