If you are comparing your options right now, stop and book this one! You will not regret it, promise! We chose to stay at „La Adelita“ after reading all these amazing reviews that seem almost too good to be true but now we know they are true!! We really wanted an authentic stay and this is as authentic as it gets. 💯 Sonia, the host, was like a mum, taking care of us so warmly, making us feel like being at a home away from home. We arrived and started our stay straight away with nice conversations and wine in front of the fireplace in her cozy shared living room. She made sure that we could make the most of the two days we had in the area, borrowing us cash, organizing rides, booking tickets for us, giving us recommendations, lending us water bottles for the day, even helping us out with medication, like a mum helping with whatever we needed. 💕 One night we came back at night, and she offered us a delicious Colombian dinner for free - a soup called „Ajiaco“ - it was heavenly and we enjoyed together with wine and other guests! 😍 uhhh and talking about delicious food… the breakfast is super super delicious as well with home-made products, like fresh fig and berry jam, their own butter, freshly baked bread, eggs as you want them, freshly pressed orange juice, coffee or tea from the own garden. Best way to start the day! And finally the Finca itself - „La Adelita“ is super beautifully decorated and you feel just like in the Encanto movie. The room had everything we needed, a big shower with hot water, a big bed, storage space, and opening the window we could see the farms birds. We could also refill our water bottles with filtered water any time we wanted and our room was serviced daily. Really, the only problem was, that we didn’t stay long enough (make sure to stay longer than 2 days in the area and with Sonia). But, we already said, we will be back! Muchas Gracias Sonia and Family for welcoming us so warmly and giving us a Colombian home! 💛💙♥️

We had a wonderful time at Hospedaje Vista Hermosa in salento! The staff is very friendly and for breakfast you have a choice between eggs with tortilla, cereal with fruit or sandwiches. If you need your room cleaned, you can let them know during breakfast and it will be done for you. We booked the room with an outside window with a mountain view and it was a spectacular view to wake up to! The position of the hotel is slightly "out of town", so it's nice and quiet, but it is still only a 5 minute walk to the main square. Unusual to find: you have two sets of pillows each, one feather pillow and one foam pillow which was great to select from!

Amazing location just around the corner from the main square. Super cute hotel and room. Very quiet-no noise from parties or traffic.

Amazing view. Set slightly back outwith the town but so close to all the busier streets so a nice mix of location.

We loved this hotel room. It was a good size, very comfortable and the bathroom had enough space. We even had a little balcony overlooking the street and a school. restaurant was also very nice.

The property is at the quieter end of ‘town’ and is a real retreat when you visit. Everything is beautifully managed and clean and the staff are wonderful and friendly. The rooms are super, but as other reviewed have said, can be a little noisy as the lead into the terrace where people eat. Personal highlight were the two little dogs who live there. Recommend 💚
