The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. They helped booking the transportation. The room was very clean and well designed. I particularly liked the mindfulness in terms of ecology. The breakfast was very healthy and they were extra items that you could order à la carte. I can definitely recommend this place and it’s a great value for money,

Hours before check in I asked them if they could decorate the room with rose petals which I had with me. They did. And after checking in hours later and entering the room, it looked beautiful.

We loved the breakfast, the staff was friendly and the location was really good. All the staff was friendly from the bell man to the pool guy. We got a great service. The breakfast items were very tastefull.

Staff were exceptional - extremely efficient, friendly and proactive. We loved the different floor themes, and the rooms were very spacious. Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff. Good and safe location , friendly owner and hepful staff. Hotel arranged for us the tour to Comuna 13 with very good guide who made our stay even better. Rooms are very clean and whole hotel is nicely decorated. Nice garden, plants and flowers everywhere. Comfortable beds and very good breakfast. We would like to stay here again during our next visit.
