United StatesWonderful facility with great saltwater swiming pool. Perfect place to relax with children; not all places on the island are suitable for young kids and this is an exception, we had a 7-year old and it was wonderful. You have access to the pool and the beach. Exceptionally good food and service; we thought the food selection was amazing. We appreciated how simple they made the transport, including picking us up from our accommodation in Cartagena and organizing everything for the boat ride that is included in the price of the hotel. Organize staff keeps the place very clean.

Everything!!! Our stay at the hotel was worth every minute, from the boat ride from the dock to our return. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable, the staff is super friendly, the food is very typical and delicious. If you are looking for a place to really disconnect, relax in front of the beach and enjoy the advantages of being on an island, Islas del Encanto is the place.

Our room was spacious, and clean with a very comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. Perfect relaxing ambiance! The personnel was very nice, helpful, and friendly. Thank you very much for everything!

A beautiful place to retreat from the hectic city of Cartagena. Also the food in the restaurant is absolutely beautiful with lovely seafood. A great place to relax for a couple of days.
