An idyllic hotel with sublime staff and top location. Highly recommended place if you’re visiting the city. From reception, to service team, they were all just amazing. Very helpful and friendly people who have done their best in their hands to make us feel like at home. The breakfast was of a wide range, the pool was always quiet, and the rooms kept at high standards -although perhaps they need a bit of an update-.

It’s a classic hotel with spacious rooms and very nice receptionists. The location is not central but it’s still very convenient because the subway station is just opposite the entrance of the hotel. I liked the neighborhood- it’s quite modern and felt safe. There is a huge park and IKEA nearby. But what I liked the most was the breakfast! One of the best I have ever had in my traveling life - there are not too many options, but what they prepare is high quality and homemade. Everything I tried was tasty and fresh! How amazing is it to have fresh cherries for breakfast! I definitely recommend this place and stay here again when I am in Santiago!

The staff was very friendly and trying to fulfill every wish or answering every question. The breakfast is very good and dishes as well. Very cosy, family like atmosphere with an even very friendly house dog. :-) Very near to the center and metro station. We can clearly recommend this house.

The care and attention from staff really makes this pretty hotel stand out from others. We felt pampered! The bed was SO comfortable. The outdoor area is lovely for having afternoon tea, wine, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of many restaurants, parks and museums. A taxi is typically waiting for riders at the opposite corner from the hotel.

Wonderfully located and luxurious design. Fabulous rooftop with equally fabulous food and pisco sours. Good gym (big!)/spa. Tasteful à la carte breakfast. But the best thing are the members of staff: all extremely friendly and going out of their way to help.

Great location, in between older section of Santiago and the modern area, and just a beautiful property. Close to many restaurants, the Zoo, and the Funicular. The staff is amazing, especially Erica (front desk) and the Chef during breakfast, and they all go out of their way to make sure that you are having a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Santiago.
