Good location close to bars and restaurants. We didn’t park but I imagine having a hard time finding parking spots in the road. Communication with the host was good as well.

Wonderful place to stay with very friendly staff and lovely view. Conveniently close to the airport and shopping centre. Also, it has an inbuilt casino to have fun and relax. The food at the restaurant was delicious and big serves. The breakfast was the best with so many different choices and abundant. I would definitely recommend

We love this hotel, always revisit when we come to Concepción. Like Goldilocks, everything is just right. One of best places to eat too, unpretensious, but chef prepares only two or three choices beautifully.

Standard Ibis hotel product. No surprises. Breakfast was good. Huge mall across the road and close to airport.
