Everything about to property was breathtaking, beautiful property inside out, each area inside the hotel had its own identity and everything just worked and perfect harmony. But, the outside pool was the cherry on the cake, amazing view of the mountains and even though it's winter now, when you are inside the pool you don't feel any cold at all, it's extremely comfortable and pleasant.

The Zermatt Budget Rooms are underground and come with free WiFi and TV, a 5-minute walk away from the Sunnegga Cable Car and the Glacier Express.

Opened in December 2012, Hotel Matterhorn Lodge is located in the historic centre of Zermatt. Decorated in a classic Alpine style, it features a wellness area with 3 different saunas.

Stylish nice hotel. Spacious cleanroom finished with taste. Comfy bed. Superb breakfast.Great location - close to everything (main street with restaurants is 3 mins away, bus and cable car station is also few mins walk). Extremely helpful staff.It was our first trip to Zermatt and stay at Lodge but definitely not the last one.Overall we consider Lodge as one of the best hotels we ever visited in Europe.

Lots of thoughts in every detail. The view is fantastic from all the balkonies. The place is warm, sunny and pleasant. No noise from the street if the windows are closed. Perfect localtion - center of the town. The atmosphere was very welcoming, friendly and helpful all the time. The staff and the owner are the most pleasant people I met before. We'll definitely will come back!
