Really lovely hotel. All the staff were super nice. Breakfast was great and afternoon tea is so nice to come home to at the end of the afternoon - a highlight after a day on the slopes.

This place is exceptionnal. We loved everything about, the pods, the view the spa area, the afternoon snack upon arrival, the breakfast, the staff. Really great value despite the high price. We got upgraded to a better pod for free, which was also really nice.

Every staff member we encountered was cheerful and helpful. Our room was a junior suite an couldn’t have been better for our family of four, it was off to the side of the lounge but we didn’t hear anything from the lounge in the evening so there was no noise issues being so close. The facilities from the hot tub to the sauna were also great!

Every staff member from the customer service, front of the house, back of the house, cleaning staff, and kitchen staff were above reproach and conducted their respective duties with excellence. Bruno made our stay perfect from the start. All our questions were answered on short notice. Bruno made my wife's birthday a surprise stay. 😮 The meals, breakfast, and suppers were delicious.
