The location was excellent, very close to the lake and the train station. The main road in front of the hotel was not heard at all thanks to the soundproof windows. The rooms were beautifully furnished and well-equipped. The staff was super friendly. My friend stayed in the main house and I was placed in the guest house next door. Both rooms were extraordinary! There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel and the fortress/castle is around the corner. Château Vullierens is not far from there and we enjoyed visiting the Jan Michalski foundation in Montricher. Morges is an excellent place for such excursions - always with a view to the Mont Blanc!

Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa is located in the centre of Lausanne and a 5-minute walk from Lake Geneva. The Fine Arts Museum is 10 minutes away from the hotel.

**A Luxurious Stay at Royal Savoy Lausanne** We recently spent two nights at the Royal Savoy Hotel in Lausanne. The hotel is truly excellent, exuding luxury and elegance in every detail. We appreciated that pets are allowed, as we traveled with our well-behaved small dog. However, despite the impeccable service and opulent surroundings, we couldn't shake the feeling that we didn't quite belong amidst such grandeur. The atmosphere, while sophisticated, felt a bit too formal for us. After our two-night stay, we decided to move to the Novotel Bussigny. There, we found a more relaxed and comfortable ambiance that suited us better. The experience at Novotel was more in line with our preferences, allowing us to unwind and enjoy our stay to the fullest. In summary, Royal Savoy is perfect for those seeking a luxurious and upscale experience. For us, however, the more laid-back environment at Novotel Bussigny was a better fit. Jelena Ostojic

This was extraordinary. In packing out, we forgot (and left in our room) a small leather agenda book. We called the hotel from our residence in Brussels to see if the hotel had found it. Indeed they did find it and notified us with a message asking us how we would like it send from Lausanne to Brussels. It was superb service.

Hotel Angleterre is located on the shores of Lake Geneva facing the Alps, and is just 5 minutes by car or metro from the centre of Lausanne.

The hotel is beautiful. The location is perfect for the lake and is central to cafes and restaurants. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the swimming pool is very clean. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. I would most definitely recommend this hotel!

The historic Carlton Lausanne Boutique Hôtel is centrally located directly beside the Délices Metro Stop and a 5-minute walk from Lake Geneva and the Olympic Town of Ouchy.

Lovely hotel in a great location, helpful staff. We stayed during a renovation so we didn't see much beyond our room but everything was great, no complaints.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, as was my room and bed. The room had a balcony with a view of Lake Geneva, which was delightful. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. The staff was wonderful, welcoming, efficient and helpful. The hotel's location was ideal.
