View from the window and restaurant is fabulous. I took a short walk around the hotel in the morning and the sea of clouds below my eyes, Alpine mountains over there in the morning sunlight are impressive. The restaurant offers a good Switzerland specialities including Fondue.

The music-themed Tralala Hotel Montreux is located right in the Old Town of Montreux, 500 metres from the lake and the Montreux train station. WiFi internet is available free of charge.

It was so conveniently located in the old town and the 206 bus which you can’t eke directly out from the railway station drops you outside the door. Stefan was so helpful and for a poor French speaker like myself he spoke impeccable English and was a brilliant host. We spent a lot of time in markets for Xmas so didn’t eat at Hotel but the layout and atmosphere looked relaxing. The room was clean and well set out and I loved the wide opening window It’s a small room but the layout is clever use of space The heavy duty doors and stone walls mean it’s a quiet room and blocks out other people’s noise I will be going back for sure

The view from our room was excellent, the lake, swans, ducks, snowed mountains and boats were amazing. The location was extraordinary, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The front desk staff were amazing. Artemisa, Leandro and Bruna were very kind and helpful, they went above and beyond to help us and gave us what we needed and everyone from room service helped us as well. I would like to thank everyone for their hard work in making our stay so welcoming and wonderful, we really appreciate it. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Montreux, believe me, you won’t regret it ❤️

Loved the lake views, light and airy rooms and breakfast restaurant overlooking the lake. Staff friendly and efficient. Bonus was a yoga mat in the room.

We really felt like we stayed in a palace. The building is gorgeous. Our room has balcony. Bed was comfy. It was very quiet, no noise at all. Spacious bathroom with shower and Bath tub. You can tell this palace has been there for a while - but room looks good d anyway and it has its own charm. We also got free passes on public transport in this area. There is a restaurant on -1 floor- we were lucky to try special seasonal meals- they were delicious.

Of very high standard. The perfect place to stay looking out on to beautifully cared for gardens, stunning lake and mountains. The staff were exceptional and so were the rooms. Beautifully appointed and clean. We enjoyed a very tasty breakfast too. Totally recommend.
