We had a room in the pavilion (room 47). It was amazing with a terrace and a nice view over the mountains. We were travelling with our daughter and our dog. They were so kind to provide us for the dog with a nice blanket and a food bowl. The room was clean and spacious, food was good and the entire vibe was of relaxation and quiet. We slept very well. We used the pool which was cleand and refreshing. It was a nice surprise to find this place and we trully recommend it, especially the pavilon rooms up to the hill.

absolutely amazing location in the middle of vineyards super clean and stylish room with all necessary facilities (incl. a coffee machine) really friendly and helpful staff high quality of the restaurant (obviously appreciated by many locals) including regional Swiss cuisine - the dinner was delicious I would definitely come back again

This is a fantastic hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and great food! A highlight was the breakfast - it’s one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! It’s located a short walk from the bus/train station and there’s also a convenience store opposite if you want to buy any snacks. Can’t recommend staying here enough!

The Junior Suite is amazing - the room layout and size give the feel of an even more luxurious hotel. The bathtub is just exceptional and the bed extremely comfortable. Now the breakfast… out of this world! Great choice of bread, pastries, nuts, fruit, cold cuts and cheeses. We really enjoyed our short weekend stay and will definitely be back!

The room was quite spacious, clean, and warm. The breakfast was also sufficient. The staff were attentive and friendly. I recommend it. In addition, the hotel’s architecture and the design of the rooms were very nice.

It was close to the railway station and the old town which was a good place to explore on foot. The room was very comfortable and very clean. the staff were friendly and the breakfast was outstanding

Tschiertschen is a magical place, and Alpina Resort is the place to stay if anyone wants to explore this area. The hotel is strategically located, offers stunning views of the village, and provides skiers and snowboarders with the ski to door option. The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.
