We stayed one day in the hotel and were impressed by hospitality of personnel. We arrived late in the evening quite tired and administrator organized dinner for us. Many thanks!!! Parking place was in front of the entrance door. Unfortunately, that week was completely rainy, otherwise we would definitely have stayed here for some more days. We had a wonderful view of the mountain lake from the window, as well as a cozy balcony. The room was not big, but it was enough for a comfortable stay. A quiet place for those who want to sleep off a long journey, even with the windows open. Perfect breakfast and dinner. The hotel is located on a mountain, a little away from the city center. There is a direct pedestrian path to the city with a corresponding uphill climb on the way back, bus stop in front of the hotel or you can drive in 5 minutes by car.

Nice room, it has everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is good, it's s bit out of the center but walkable and also easy to reach by public transport from the station. Conveniently located for a walk to Gandria or the funicolare up the mountain. Definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was simple but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with homemade bread and plenty of savoury and sweet options. A really good stay.
