The location was great, a few minutes walk from the lake's promenade and a 30 second walk from Starbucks. I liked that bathroom had two sinks. The hairdryer was s Swiss brand and very powerful. Hair products were expensive. There was a complimentary public transport card from the Hotel for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was served at the open terrace on the second floor overlooking the fountain.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—just a 20-minute walk to the old city and 15 minutes to the lake. Plus, it’s right across from the central station, making it super convenient with trams, trains, and buses easily accessible. We arrived at 10:30 AM and were pleasantly surprised to get our room early at no extra charge. The receptionists were friendly and efficient during both check-in and check-out. We even left our bags at the hotel after checking out without any hassle. In our room, we had everything we needed: complete towels, a vanity kit with cotton buds and pads, paper towels, and a range of toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, body and hand lotion, a bathrobe, and slippers. The room was fully equipped with a mini television, a desk with a chair, a coffee table with coffee and tea amenities, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a complimentary bottle of water. The bed sheets were incredibly clean and soft, making for a great night's sleep. We requested dental kits since they weren’t in the room, and the housekeeping staff were always polite and greeted us with a smile. The hotel has four elevators that require a key card for access, which I really appreciated for added safety. The area is also great—close to a commercial center and plenty of fast food restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable amenities, and welcoming service!
