Location of hotel is great! A front of beautifu castle. Also, ladies that works in hotel in restaurant and reception were very polite and helpful. When we come, since it is self check-in we did not get a good room, but lady from reception change our room next day and it was perfect. Lady from restaurant was very positive and helpfull person. We have very nice stay in this hotel!

The location of the hotel is near to the train station, we reached Zermatt, Gspon and Chur while we left our car in the hotel parking with no fee. Our room was a huge apartment we could see the town every direction. I liked especially, that there is a window in the bathroom. Everything was clean and well prepared. The hosts are really friendly. The restaurant is exceptional, we stayed every night there on the terrace.
