The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. We were helped with the transfer of our luggage from the station and also could borrow snow shoes for outside free of charge. The view of the alps is absolutely breathtaking - it really is a winter paradise but not crowded at all so felt very relaxing and plenty of things to do (especially for those who ski). I highly recommend hotel belalp to anyone wanting to stay in top of a mountain.

The location is fantastic and breakfasts were exceptional. The staff were very professional and warm. The room was very comfortable. Overall an excellent stay!

Free WiFi and limited free parking are available. All rooms at the property are fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a bathroom. Some include a balcony and/or a view of the palace.

The location was insurpassable next to an historical castle and church and a short walk to the historical centre of this beautiful Alpine town including restaurants and shops. Waking to the surrounding snow-capped peaks was a bonus! The owner greeted us warmly and was more than friendly and helpful. Train station was nearby. Generous, delicious breakfast was very welcome as was the lift for our luggage.

The Berghaus Toni is located in the car-free resort of Riederalp, Valais, which is part of the Aletsch Arena, 200 metres from the Riederalp-West cable car stop.

The location of the hotel is near to the train station, we reached Zermatt, Gspon and Chur while we left our car in the hotel parking with no fee. Our room was a huge apartment we could see the town every direction. I liked especially, that there is a window in the bathroom. Everything was clean and well prepared. The hosts are really friendly. The restaurant is exceptional, we stayed every night there on the terrace.

Friendless of staff, right next door to a supermarket. Very clean, welcome beer, and the sauna all very nice.

The staff is fantastic! I would highly recommend you to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. And on that note you should definitely order the Colera. Just trust me. It's amazing!
