The walk from the cable car station along the panorama trail with amazing mountain views takes approximately 25-30 minutes. There are many walking and skiing trails available around. You can have dinner a la carte at the hotel (there are not many other options in the village). Peaceful and quiet. We had a double room in the attic with a tiny window and two comfortable beds joined. The bathroom was small, but clean. Your luggage can be delivered from the cable car to the hotel, if you book in advance.

The breakfast was delicious. A variety of items to choose from as a buffet style or a freshly made omelette/eggs were also available. A great start to the day and all served with a fresh coffee. Staff were very friendly and we were lucky enough to be able to check in to our room early. Comfortable beds, great shower and a great view from our loft room windows. Highly recommend.

Free WiFi and limited free parking are available. All rooms at the property are fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a bathroom. Some include a balcony and/or a view of the palace.

Very tasty, homemade meals in the restaurant, a table always ready in the mornings and evenings. The included breakfast was great. Heartwarming treatment and hospitality by the owners/operators. A bottle of water provided daily. Clean and tidy. Fantastic value to price ratio. Close to trails and the funicular. In a chain of seven hotels, this was the best.

Family-owned Hotel Ambassador enjoys a quiet and central location only 200 metres away from the train station in Brig. Free WiFi is available in all areas.

Everything was amazing! Great rooms, very comfortable! Fabulous breakfast, awesome restaurant! It has a proper sauna, top spa, a well equipped weight room with a community aspect that i loved. Just the most lovely view you can ask for when visiting the Swiss Alps. The staff? Amazing!
