Very good location - easy to walk to downtown area. LOVED the connected restaurant - ate there both nights -- delicious food and very friendly staff. We used the laundry as it was just across the hall from our room - very convenient. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

Whole place was way above expectations. Food in the restaurant and the service was awesome. And breakfast was unexpectedly way better than what we thought it would be. Absolutely great place would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic location, easy to find with fabulous staff who were friendly and exceptional. We greatly enjoyed the room which had everything we needed and was very clean and luxurious. We enjoyed being able to park right outside our room which made it super easy to move our luggage in. Special mention to the friendly and excellent reception staff and excellent and friendly restaurant staff at both breakfast and dinner. Excellent location for both our room around the lake and also the view of the lake from the restaurant. Lovely hot tub and washing machine and tumble dryer room which was cheaper then a laundromat. The lake is beautiful and so is Jasper National Park. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great facilities and views. We received a generous free upgrade to a room with a view when we arrived. The whole family enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Great little gym with a lot of equipment. Hotel was very clean. Room was replenished every day. Good proximity to town.

We had everything we could have possibly have needed in our room. Room was very clean and loved the jacuzzi for 2. Lovely little town, with shops and restaurants in walking distance (10-15 mins). Wildlife IN THE TOWN just walking around freely. Would highly recommend

Rooms were spacious enough and clean. Staff was friends and were able to accommodate an earlier check-in which is appreciated but understood that it's never guaranteed. Location is lovely. The pool is warm and the hot tub is really nice. The design around the pool is very soothing and relaxing. Views are nice. Appreciate the microwave and kettle.

The location is excellent, close to good restaurants and amazing trails. The room was spacious and clean. Jacuzzi bath in the room worked well and was very relaxing. The room also has a great balcony which we couldn't open because of cold weather but I imagine how nice it must be in summer.
