The hotel and the swimming pool were very clean. The swimming pool was a good size. It is a beautiful modernized traditional building. The room was very clean and in a good condition, it was even checked to make sure no bugs were there before we moved in. The breakfast was very good with lots of baked options and cakes, lots of choice generally, more like a lunch! The bread was excellent. They had pao de queijo.

With a spa and wellness centre, Vila Serrano sits within gardens just 200 metres from Lençois centre. It offers a daily buffet breakfast, tour agency, and free WiFi in public areas and most rooms.

The rooms were so beautiful and such attention to detail was given. The staff were extremely helpful and the tour agency was really great. I honestly can’t fault anything about this hotel. It was perfect. I was just so sad we had to leave!

After three intense days of hiking in Chapada Diamantina, we wanted to treat ourselves to some comfort—and Villa Justen Pousada was the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and truly pampered. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to unwind after our adventure. But the real highlight was the amazing homemade breakfast—everything from the fresh bread to a variety of sweet and savory treats, even home-roasted ham. Every bite was a delight! The pousada also has a small swimming pool for a refreshing dip and a lovely living room on the first floor with a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing. On top of that, the hosts gave us great tips for exploring Lençóis and the surrounding area. If you’re looking for a place to rest, recharge, and indulge after an adventure in Chapada Diamantina, we can’t recommend Villa Justen Pousada enough. We had an absolutely incredible stay!

What an amazing place .easy check-in, good wifi , amazing breakfast, very kind and nice staff. The hotel has also a lovely and delicious restaurant. Set up in a beautiful garden on the edge of Lencois. It is a little paradise for nature and birds lover. Many has criticised the road , but it was really easy to get there .

Silvia was very helpful in connecting us with guides and other tourists to share the guide with. She also gave us a reasonable price for a (very) late checkout. The cabin/chalet was beautiful, next to a lovely garden.
