A lovely little place in a great location in Caraiva. Short distance from the river and sea. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room I stayed in was small (there are bigger ones in the same hotel if you need), no TV (which was great for me), very clean and well-organised. Great A/C, which is mandatory in Caraiva, and very good Wi-Fi as well. Excellent breakfast, so fresh and tasty.

This was the most amazing place ever. Maybe one of the best I’ve stayed in! A beautiful pousada where you can relax. Lovely pool area. Room and chalet a great size and space. The staff were so friendly and always working hard I could see. 10 min walk max to the Quadrado. Great breakfast. This was truly an excellent place.

Our stay at SOLELUNA was great. The staff is very friendly, the reception stays open from the morning until very late, and they have transfers to the beach and to the "Quadrado"/Village center. Breakfast is amazing, full of tasty, traditional and regional options. The whole place is beautiful, the tropical garden fully integrated with all common areas of the hotel is astonishing. A must: the steam sauna, which is a glass box where you can relax and feel part of the nature! And the green pool (there are two pools) with warm water is very relaxing. Our room (number 10, if I'm not mistaken) was elegantly decorated and extremely cozy. Thank you, guys

This Pousada was a great discovery. The apartments are excellent. The furniture and decoration are lovely. The breakfast is excellent, there's a very nice pool and jacuzzi. The location is very convenient close to the centre of Trancoso.

A beautiful location with pool and lovely gardens but yet very close to everything near the square in Trancoso . The room was very clean with a large double bed with mosquito net and a patio area with hammock .The breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh fruit and you can order eggs etc .Parking spot very helpful .Easy access to beach ( 15 mins walk) but we liked driving a bit further to Taupe beach ( completely deserted and spectactular ,but no food ) - head in the direction of the golf club ,and its a bit further after that after that .Eating out is delicious in Trancoso but can be pricey ,however if you head in the direction away from the beach and the square it gets cheaper .

Staying in the Pousada Caraiva made our holiday so much more pleasant. The bedroom was comfortable, clean and the smell of the bed sheets and towels were really good. The breakfast has lots of options and it was delicious. The afternoon cake/coffee was a nice touch. The staff was really friendly and always smilling. Felipe and Adriane were very helpful with their recommendations on what to do and where to go. We will definitely go back.
