The parking area is next to the hotel. Very descent buffet breakfast and dinner. There’s an all day restaurant and drinks area with large windows facing the skiers and the beautiful mountains. Walkable distance to the center of Borovets. The room was spotless clean so was the bathroom!!! There is a mini bar and a coffee kettle in the room. I had a very relaxing massage and there is a sauna and a steam bath available. Very polite personnel at the restaurant!

Breakfast and dinner were better than I was expected. Big variety of dishes. Swimming pool with warm water. My children played there for hours and didn't want to go out. Sauna, aroma sauna and steam room were very good. It was good facilities for relaxation after skiing. Room was spacious and warm. All wet clothes dried quickly.

breakfast range excellent from fruit to yoghurt! from cold slices (salami) to scrambled eggs! booked a simple room but they gave each couple a suite! location: back drop of the hotel like in a dream! was just missing the snow (then it would have been like in FROZEN the movie!
