Everything went well from the welcoming till the check out, very friendly and supportive staff. The hotel is nicely situated the room was specious, the bed comfortable, all very clean and a really good breakfast. Although the hotel has some signs of age it has its Charme. I was on a business trip and could relax after visiting a fair as it was a very relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. I would book it again.

There are private booth for changing cloth,but no locker for your bag. So we put everything in 2 big bags and bring them to the pool side. De Haan must surely be one of the best preserved Golden Age seaside towns in the world, you feel as if you have walked into a French Impressionist painting, such a breath of fresh air compared to the rest of the Belgium coast. Steps away from the action, and on the way to the beach these are whole streets lined with amazing grand mansions. At Masion Rebelais you are greeted with an invitation to sit to enjoy a tea/coffee and homemade cake in the lounge or terrace. The rooms are cute, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is exceptional, service is attentive & nothing is overlooked, you are even invited to return for afternoon tea if you’re still in the area. A stop on the coast not to be missed.
