We booked two wheelchair accessbile rooms and they met our expectations. The ramp at the entrance to the hotel might be quite steepy for some wheelchair users but it didn't pose any problems for us. At breakfast we missed some fresh vegetables but there were other things to choose and the breakfast was still great.

The hotel was fantastic, very comfortable beds/rooms, the staff could not have done enough for us and were very welcoming. Breakfast was a buffet style with lots to choose from. The Spa was clean and really relaxing.

We were upgraded to a family room. While the rooms themselves are unremarkable, ours came with an outdoor terrace facing Old Town. We loved sitting outside. The beds were fine, breakfast was nice, underground parking. In terms of location, this is the perfect place to stay.
