Absolutely location, walkable distance to the ocean bath. I love how the lucky hotel is being thoughtful for their customer experience! Received a delicious small pack of chocolate, that is not for business strategy reason (I thought it's from a chocolate shop nearby and if the customer like the taste will bring the business for). Turns out it is a chocolate shop 27 km away that we could not manage to buy it.... interesting! MOMO cafe at same block is delicious for breakfast choice!

Very nice little room, friendly staff, pub below serves nice food, with an Ethiopian restaurant next door. We tried both and were impressed. Room is comfortable with everything you could want and was very clean. Walking distance to the beach and the memorial walk.
