Absolutely welcoming atmosphere, we were truly regarded as guests, who are welcome there. Personnel was very polite and patient, also informative.

We recommend you this location, the hotel is very nice and cozy, the apartment was very clean, everything was so nice and confortable. The area and the location are absolutely fabulous, very suitable also for families with children, the hotel is very family and children friendly ☺️ The area is very calm and quiet, there is no disturbing noise around. There can be made a lot of activities or just have some walks, swim and relax. The food is delicious and tasty, there is a very good restaurant near the hotel, which has a terrace with view to the lake. You can also have a delicious breakfast at the hotel. The host and the hotel staff is very, very, very nice and friendly, they offer you a lot of help and support with everything you need, they offer high-quality services and they are very friendly and kind people☺️ The hotel and the location are very beautiful, just great and fabulous for your vacation or simply for a short stay. The hotel was a great choice and we will go there again for sure next time when we will travel in the region 🤗😍😘🥰

The staff was excellent and incredibly kind. I had a small request before our arrival, and it was handled perfectly – much appreciated. The location is absolutely stunning, ideal for nature lovers. Our Deluxe room was beautifully designed and offered breathtaking mountain views. The spa area was lovely, and the pool water was pleasantly warm, perfect for swimming even in cooler weather. Dinner was also delicious and very well prepared. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The host is super friendly and respectful. The rooms are big enough, the breakfast is delicious and rich. 10 minute walk to the lake with a portion of the beach reserved for guests of this particular accommodation - free inflatable floats, deck chairs, umbrellas... We loved it.
