The quality of the room was amazing in all respects. Breakfast was served in a charming room and offered a wide range of good quality food. Staff were very polite and considerate. Locationally, the hotel was very convenient for the train station.

The location was brilliant. It was an easy 10 minute walk from the train station . The room was a good size with a great shower. Breakfast was very good and staff were brilliant.

The house is located very close to Ossiach Lake and in a strategic position for visiting all of Carinthia, since it is close to Villach and within an hour's drive of most destinations. The house and kitchen were equipped with everything necessary for long stays (two hair dryers, washing machine, dryer, pots and pans, cooking utensils,...). The owner, Petra, was very kind and always willing to help. I am especially grateful to her for immediately recommending that we purchase the Kärnten Card, which provides free access to many attractions in the area. The garden is well maintained and contains various playground equipment for children, a tennis table, and a barbecue (unfortunately, with all the things we had to do, we didn't have time to use the latter, but we still enjoyed the garden and deck chairs to relax after our walks and visits during the day).
