Everything is just right – from arrival to departure, you feel like royalty here. We stayed in a beautiful suite that was simply perfect: spacious, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything you could wish for. Comfort and attention to detail are on a top level. The staff is exceptionally professional and welcoming. Every single person deserves a compliment – from the doorman to the housekeeping team, from the restaurant staff to the kitchen brigade, and from the reception to the management. Their friendliness and eye for detail make the stay truly special. The cuisine is a culinary highlight. Every meal was a feast, both in taste and presentation. The cooking here is of an outstanding standard and adds greatly to the experience. It’s not a budget hotel, but you absolutely get value for your money. The location is perfect, ski in, ski out and very close to ski school for the kids. Plenty for the kids to do. The added touch of the trampolines and the children’s area with arcade games and pool table was a great addition this year. Food is amazing!
