Perfect quiet (!) and convenient location in the countryside near A1 Autobahn cross Linz, 15-20 minutes to Linz/center, Wels, Leonding, 1 hour to Salzburg, Bad Ischl, 1.40h to Vienna. Public transport is easy accessible and supermarkets + Ikea very near. This family run hotel was a former farm and has been tastefully renovated to highest standards. Everything is brand new, extremely well kept, the garden is dreamy with a nice playground for kids + relaxing areas and the house is cosy decorated. Very comfy beds, the room spotlessly clean with equipped kitchenette, bathroom new with super shower. The breakfast was plentiful and outstanding: all fresh, hot and cold options, organic/vegan/gluten free available, various eggs and bacon, sweet (home made jam and pear juice!!!) and savory, perfect coffee with different kinds of milk, a tea bar, very tasty bread and buns. Parking is free and secure, good WiFi. We have been to many 4 and 5 star hotels in the world but this one is in our top 5 list: the young lady of the house does the best job to make her guests feel at home. We will definitely come again. excellent location. Clean bathroom and room. Comfy bed and there is a fan in the room. Check in was easy and the staff friendly. There is a safe in the room and there was tea and coffee in the room with a free bottle of water. I recommend this highly!
