Very professional and friendly staff. Rooms and entire facility was very clean. Excellent location with lake just a thought of the stone away. Facility offers the beach towels for the guests. Many hiking trails with great variety of difficulty around the hotel and Traunsee. There is a boat stop in front of hotel to take a trip on lake or connect with hiking trails in the other side of the lake and visit Gmundent town center. Facility offers excellent breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. Really great experience!

Great room - mirrors, huge bath, glass wall, styled nicely, comfy bed. You can get tea/coffee almost around the clock. The spa area is pleasant. Check-in was easy.

Despite the construction, we personally really liked the hotel. Amazing balcony view, the breakfast was really good and Wirtshaus menu as well. The stuff was friendly.Looking forward to see the upgrade’s hotel.

Very centrally located. Spacious and clean room. Good restaurant is part of the hotel. Enough free places at the free parking slot just behind the hotel. Very fast check-in and check-out.

The check-in was easy because the restaurant was open and the proprietor was on the premises. I got a room with a balcony and I could enjoy the afternoon sunshine from there. The food in the restaurant is excellent (try the "käsespätzle!) and the locally brewed bier is fantastic. They even have an alcohol-free version! I was just driving through but I am sure that the place and the surroundings would be worth a longer stay. The place is not so far from the motorway but still in the middle of nature, outside the village of Pettenbach.
