Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. There is a large relaxation area. There is a separate area where you can get body and facial massages and other treatments for an extra charge. The hotel tries to organise additional entertainment for its guests, so that every evening is not a boring one. One of the best hotels I have been! Unbelievable price quality. Not new but clean and funtionable. Junior suite with views! Wellness and saunas, pool and Finnish sauna! Nice dinner and cosy bar. So good breakfast! This place is a hidden gem!!

Staff was so so so friendly and helpful. We got seated next to a group of very loud people amd they changed our table immediately. Food was very delicious, location is the closest you can get to the gletcher. Spa and swimming pool are also perfect, we spend many hours there.
