This is the best hotel we have been to in Argentina, the place is just wonderful and the employees are very nice! The location is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards, the hotel's architecture is stunning (it looks like a Spanish "masia" or a countryside house in Italy's Tuscany). When we arrived they gave us a room in the first floor and asked for a room in the floor above to have better views, they did all they could to change our room free of charge. They also offered a free wine-tasting, so we had the chance to try all of their wines with some cheese platters (white, red, rose, from the cheaper end to the very expensive end) with a professional sommelier. The hotel offers some activities (we did a horseback-riding excursion). In the evening the garden and the terrace are full of people enjoying some nice wine, the atmosphere is really magical. A lot of people ignore the area of Cafayate (and head to Mendoza instead), that is a big mistake, not only do I think that Cafayate wine is nicer but the area is beautiful. I strongly recommend staying here!

It is a fantastic place to fully disconnect from the busy city life and enjoy some of the best high-altitude wines. The property is perfectly maintained, and I really like that it’s been converted to a hotel from an 18th-century barn. The Landschaft is also phenomenal. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the interior design excellently matches the region and the property’s architecture. They also have a very spacious and new working area for those who have to do some work during their stay. I recommend it and would repeat it!

Only 500 metres from the Main Square, Cerro de la Cruz offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and cable TV in Cafayate. It features a garden and a bar. The Wine Museum is 500 metres away.
