I loved the location and ambience . The staff are all warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble from the room chambermaids, to the room service/dining. The reception are all friendly, professional and efficient and the welcoming team (I must mention Hussein who was lovely and always had a smile on his face) and the men that drive the buggies are polite, friendly and well informed- I really can’t complain! Thank you for marking my birthday - a lovely touch. The rainforest experience is something you must try and the gazelles and camels wandering about is mesmerising!
