The property was amazing, before we arrived at the property we had a feally bad day (our car was parked in the wrong place and the pollice took it). The staff was really helpfull and when we solved the car problem we were tiered and frustrated. Ahmed made us feel like kings, good food, everything was perfect. The rooms, the terrace, the pool, the chilling areas, everything is just beautiful. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist you. If you get there by cab, they send someone to help you out with your luggage on hour way to the Riad. The breakfast buffet is delicious and you have several options to choose from. I would definitely choose this riad again if I return to Fez.
