I recently stayed at Riad Atlas Palace, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The service was truly outstanding—everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The riad itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better, allowing easy access to everything I wanted to see and do. I highly recommend Riad Atlas Palace to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay with exceptional service!

The hotel is new and right next to the famous square in the medina. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price for all this is more than perfect. I really have nothing to complain about because I'm incredibly satisfied! Top!!! :-)

Very nice hospitable staff and helpful with tips of going around the medina. We enjoyed our hammam and massage at the hotel itself, comfortable and private. Its walkable to the touristy sites but also being at the edge of the souk you get more feel of how the locals live.

Beautiful riad in a hidden alley, not far from the main square. First we were worried of the location of the accommodation when we walked through the alleys but there is nothing to worry about, there are lots of other accommodations and tourists nearby and even late night / early in the morning we had no trouble. The staff is excellent, we were in touch mainly with one young gentleman who was really friendly, helpful and communicative (with great English). He welcomed us with one of the best mint teas that we had during the two weeks (and we tried a lot!). We were sad because we only spent here our last day of our Moroccan trip, this riad is a hidden gem. The interior is spectacular, the rooms and the terrace are lovely, so as the view from the top. Since we left early (during dawn), we got a pre-packaged breakfast for which we are really grateful too. They also have their own airport transport service for completely reasonable fees, if you are interested.

Staff were helpful with meeting our group and accompany to riad otherwise it's easy to get lost! Gorgeous huge room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. Lovely decor.

The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and spoke good English. They were always available and very friendly and kind. They arranged safe taxi rides, carried our luggage down the alleyway to the taxis, carried breakfast up to the rooftop terrace.

We had an issue with our travel and needed to move our stay to the next day which they allowed. It was nice enough that we stayed there twice. We also were leaving at 6am the next day and Oualid got up early to prepare breakfast for us! He also prepared a take away breakfast when we left on another day trip.
